Development and Alumni Relations News Hildreth Funds Technology Leadership Position SAIS Advisory Council member Bob Hildreth ’75 has pledged $300,000 to help fund a new senior technology leader position that will guide the school in using innovative technology solutions to advance its mission across its campuses. SAIS Couples Celebrate Thirty SAIS couples celebrated Valentine’s Day at the place that brought them together—SAIS. In the spirit of the school, the February 14 evening was informative and entertaining as alumni gathered to discuss, dine and delight in seeing friends, interacting with faculty and meeting veteran journalists Al Hunt and Judy Woodruff. Strategic Studies Alumni Hold Reunion Strategic Studies Program alumni reunited on April 3 in Washington, D.C., for an evening of camaraderie organized by Nadia Schadlow Ph.D.’05, Henry Nuzum ’08, Avital Wenger ’08 and Susan Keppelman ’08. Guest speakers at the inaugural program dinner were Eliot Cohen, director of the Strategic Studies Program, and John McLaughlin B’66, ’66, professorial lecturer and senior research fellow of Strategic Studies at the Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies. New York Alumni Host Roett Lecture Alumni and friends gathered in New York City for a lecture by Professor Riordan Roett on April 8.
